When do i get my tracking number?


All tracking numbers will be available once the item is purchased. After that you will get a notifaction with the tracking number and Carrier as well.

Will my order be shipped in multiple parcels?


Yes Sometimes due to larger orders we will ship the items in multiple parcels. You will receive your parcels. With no worries




How long will my order take to be deliver?


Your order should take between 5 to 7 business days to arrive at your doors step once the order is dispatched depending on where you live at. You will receive tracking imformation of your parcel by email the same day it is shipped out around 3 to 5 bussiness days of ordering. Depending on the country your located at it might take a little longer due to the custom rules of your country for shipping and carrier. We are not liable for that part




Will i have to pay customs fees?


No we have never had any customers email us to say they had to pay custom fees.We are quite confident that you will not have to pay any custom fees. However if a customs fee is required it is not the sellers responsibility to pay it.

Can i Cancel My Order?


Yes you may cancel your order anytime but if you want to make it quicker make sure to cancel it right away before its shipped. Also once its shipped you can still cancel but only once you received the product and return it right back to us with the return label that we sent to you in the order once we have confirmation that its been sent back to us we will refund you the money.




Can i Return my Product for a Replacment?


Yes you may return your product for a replacment if its damaged. You will have to return it back to us with the return label we put in your order when we sent it it. We will replace it once we get it and if still in stock but no worries once we get it back in stock we will send it asap.For Canceling you may do that as well and we will refund the money.
